I´m Doris Rämisch

In 2012 I started reading and researching about natural nutrition for dogs and cats. I had previously known home-made diets from family members and Lissy ate a large part of her life on food made by me. Everything turned around a bit when I started a professional training in 2014 with Swanie Simon, who is an Animal Naturopath and Feline and Canine Nutritionist with over 30 years of experience. During the six months of this training I found my passion: natural nutrition for dogs and cats.

I specialised in nutrition for Leishmania and other vector-borne diseases. Since 2015 I teach courses at the ‘Tierisches Wissen’ and I had the honour to teach a class at Swanie Simon’s school (‘THP Schule’) about Leishmania.

During all these years I studied in the USA, Spain and Germany everything I could find in training courses about natural nutrition for dogs and cats. And not only about nutrition, but also canine education, natural therapies for dogs and cats, naturopathy, herbal medicine and traditional Chinese medicine. Because dogs and cats have to be treated 360º and over the years I have found collaborations with educators, veterinarians and professionals in the sector to be able to offer extensive knowledge and see animal welfare in an integrative way. In 2015 I opened my first natural food shop in Palma and since 2017 we produce our own brand of BARF food for cats and dogs. We offer a wide range of natural and quality products, as well as products handmade in Mallorca.

Since 2021 I offer with my partner Mónica Gonzalez Továr a very high quality training programme: International Barf Coach (www.barfcoach.es) where we train nutrition coaches for dogs and cats.

Not only do I train professionals or help other companies to develop products, but I also give personalised consultations and offer advice on dogs or cats.
